Trust

Who can you trust when there is no one left to trust?
When they have walked away, casted you out?
When promises are empty, broken and trampled.
When their words are empty, fake and deceiving.
They said they would be there and to trust them.
They said they would not leave.
Yet when the going gets tough, they left me so,
Just as I was struggling to trust them.
I dare not trust, not anymore.
Trepidation fills my entire being, even as I realize so.
That I have fallen, and trusted one of them.
Clinging too hard, too obvious I wanna go.

there's no need to trust anyone anymore. just to share that I treat everyone I know the same. promises and words, listen and come out from another ear. there's no need to take promises and words too seriously. no need for close friends, good friends. friends circles are always changing. See if this helps to prevent yourself from dissapointments and feeling betrayed. :)

hmm.. i agree that at this time n age, there are just too many ppl who only care for themselves.. once the trust has been broken, it is difficult to be earned back again.. im sorry to hear that some1 has broken ur trust.. u must feel really heartbroken..
but i guess one day, u will find some1 worthy of ur trust.. be it friends, or soul mate..

Well, there are always ups and downs in life. I think its quite dangerous to completely not trust anyone. You never know when someone is true to you. If there is a person who is true to you, im sure there is, then not trusting that person will hurt him/her. I hope u still trust your family... Im sure you will meet better people next time. Jia you!! things will get better. ^^ Look on the brighter side!!

promise are mend to be broken. how other treat you, you treat them back. don't let yourself get builled or suffered. in this world, everyone is putting on a fake mask and act nice. in fact, you can do the same to them. all of them are the same, they can't wait to see you fall down and hurt yourself. and they will be laughing quiety at you.

Don't trust others too easily for u might end up being hurt badly without even doing anything wrong or dun even noe the reason. Yet trust those who are trustworthy. I'm sure there will still be at least one. If not, we can always be strong enough to just rely on ourselves.
